The Casterton Kelpie Association is the proud organising committee for the renowned Australian Premier Working Dog Auction which was established in 1996 by the local Apex Club.

In 2024 the committee turned over a total of $4mil since that first auction and in 2021 had a record sale with the highest priced working dog for $35,200, a new World Record.

Expressions of Interest entries for this year’s auction are now open through our online platform and closing date of 2 May.

to the Auction website, Facebook page and AuctionsPlus platform.

VIDEO’S – the value of a video cannot be underestimated, so we strongly recommend a YouTube video for the greatest exposure for your dog prior to the auction.
